Parent Volunteers – Dunearn



At ChildFirst, we value parent-teacher partnerships and welcome parents to be involved in the classroom. Last week, our K2 children learnt how to bake cupcakes from our parent volunteers. The children were eager and excited throughout the activity. They learnt how to measure the ingredients and picked up new vocabulary such as “whisk”, “method” and “vanilla”. Their hard work paid off when they tasted the sweet success of their cupcake creation.
