My son is very active so it came as a shock when he was selected to compete at the national robotics competition.
Childfirst's English and Chinese curriculum is very good, they prepare the kids well ahead before starting primary 1. My son is very active so it came as a shock when he was selected to compete at the national robotics competition. However, we saw his full concentration and focus during the competition. It only proved that the teachers in Childfirst made learning enjoyable and my child could excel. Thank you to all the staff in Childfirst for their TLC and his teachers for being a great educator!

The dedicated teachers provide a nurturing atmosphere where kids thrive both academically and socially.
ChildFirst Pre-school @ Mountbatten is an excellent learning environment for children. The teachers are caring, attentive, and clearly passionate about early childhood education. The dedicated teachers provide a nurturing atmosphere where kids thrive both academically and socially. Even after children move up to primary school, the staff remains genuinely concerned about their progress and well-being. Our children has developed a love for learning and is well-prepared for primary school thanks to ChildFirst Pre-school @ Mountbatten.

What impresses me is their commitment to embracing the latest AI and EdTech advances to create a tailored learning environment.
Under the wonderful leadership of Ms Pat and Xu-laoshi, ChildFirst @ Hillview truly embodies a holistic, well-balanced approach to education. The curriculum is thoughtfully crafted to nurture social-emotional skills, bilingualism, and tech savviness - including coding and AI! What impresses me is their commitment to embracing the latest AI and EdTech advances to create a tailored learning environment, including an AI-enhanced app developed in line with their in-house Mandarin curriculum for children to extend their learning outside school, which is very important for language learning given the dominance of English in the environment today.
The teachers are warm, passionate, and professional, with a genuine heart for education. Ms Pat and her team have been incredibly accommodating, working closely with us to meet our child's unique needs. Special thanks to Ms Stephanie, who has played a significant role in Ethan's growth into a confident, self-assured individual. He looks forward to school every day and will surely miss his friends and teachers when he moves on to Primary 1.
While probably not a consideration for most parents, one aspect that was important for us was their in-house meal preparation by the 'aunties' on staff. We like that this reinforces the value of appreciating the love and care that goes into meeting their basic needs and not to take it for granted, which would not be as relatable were the meals catered from a central kitchen.
We're also appreciative of the school's efforts to involve parents and family members in the children's lives through various bonding activities and celebrations. It's a testament to their dedication to building a strong community.
I highly recommend ChildFirst @ Hillview, even if you're not in the Hillview area — their school bus service makes it convenient for all. We like them so much that we've already enrolled our younger child! Thank you, ChildFirst @ Hillview, for providing an exceptional preschool experience!

Best preschool amongst those I've sent my children to over the years.
Attentive and hard working teachers/principal who provide close monitoring and updates consistently, even after work hours. The close bonding and professional culture amongst the teachers filters down to care and nurturing of students. Robotics and coding are taken seriously, which adds an extra dimension to a child's growth in logic and sequences. And the extra effort for many events are commendable. Well done and keep going!

The school recently organised a robotics competition amongst the ChildFirst Pre-schools, I fully appreciate the great amount of effort put in by the school.
My child enjoys her learning and play at ChildFirst ever since she joined a few months ago. They recently shifted and the campus is brand new and spacious. Shoutout to her teachers Ms Jasmine and Zhang Laoshi who are both very committed and passionate about teaching and nurturing the children. Communication channels with the school and teachers are always very clear.

The teachers understand the development status of children of different ages, can look at each child fairly and objectively, discover their strengths, and establish effective communication with parents.
My child likes this school very much. It is a well-managed school with complete hardware and software. The teachers who have taught here for many years are very caring and responsible. The principal is also very patient and understands children's psychology. She can make children trust her and go to school happier, and parents are also relieved. If problems are encountered in school, the principal and teachers will actively cooperate to solve them. The administrative teachers are also very enthusiastic and caring about the children. Having said that, I hope to give some positive references to parents who want to come to this school. I hope the school can continue to carry forward these advantages and get better and better!

My child has built strong foundation in Chinese through ChildFirst without having to go to enrichment class.
My kids enjoyed ChildFirst a lot. The teachers and principal are very caring and the facilities are brand new at the new site.

The Chinese curriculum in particular is excellent and he finds primary school Chinese a breeze.
We chose to send our son, now in Primary 1, to the then King Albert Park(KAP) campus because of the curriculum and the caring nurturing environment. This was despite the fact that we lived closer to the Hillview area and after we had surveyed many schools in the area.

She is eager to go in everyday, and looks forward to the huge indoor playground and outdoor activities, in particular the new water play event.
We are very happy with how she has grown and flourished from N1 to K1 under the loving care of her teachers and exceptional leadership by the principal and vice principal of the center. Also appreciate the time and effort put into organising special events for the various festivals and celebrations (Mother's day, Father's day, Grandparents' day etc.).

We left when we moved 30 mins drive away. But came back within 2 days because no other child care comes close in letting us feel assured.
My daughter is happy at drop off and pick up. Love from the teachers, admin team and even the lovely cleaning staff. My daughter was truly loved and cared by the teachers.

We were very impressed by the coding curriculum that they have as well as the indoor playground
After much consideration, we decided to send our girls to ChildFirst at Mountbatten. We were very impressed by the coding curriculum that they have as well as the indoor playground. We have no regrets at all. The teachers are caring and attentive and we have seen great improvement in our kids in terms of their confidence and speaking ability in both Mandarin and English. We are given updates regularly on the child's activities through the school app as well as face to face conversations with the teachers when we see them.
We hope the kids will continue loving and looking forward to going school.
