FairPrice Xtra Field Trip – Mountbatten

The ChildFirst @ Mountbatten Pre-Nursery and N1 children went on an educational field trip to FairPrice Xtra @ Sports Hub. Before the field trip, their teachers used our in-house supermarket corner to introduce the little ones to the concept of a supermarket, from the variety of items sold to the purchase process. During the field trip, the children observed the FairPrice Xtra @ Sports Hub staff at work. They also learnt about the healthier choice options and nutri-grade logos seen on packet drinks and juices. The highlight for the little ones was looking for items on their shopping lists. They brought the treats back to school and enjoyed them during afternoon snack time. It was a fun experience for all the children.
